Stávající RD se nachází v katastru obce Kobeřice, jižně od Slavkova u Brna, okres Vyškov. Investor počítá s postupnou rekonstrukcí stávajícího RD a přístavbou části pro pro víkendové bydlení. Rodinný dům je jednopodlažní s nevyužívaným půdním prostorem. Přístavba ve tvaru písmene „L“ jej pohledově ukončuje a zároveň odděluje stávající dvůr od zahrady. Je rozdělena na dvě části. Vlastní obytnou novostavbu a část užitkovou, která rekonstruuje stávající kamenný sklep a sklad.
Klasický konstrukční systém s keramickým zdivem z tvárnic Porotherm a obkladem z modřínových palubek. 1. NP je obytné s kuchyňkou a zahradní terasou před hlavním pokojem. Ve zvýšeném podkroví jsou ložnice, úložné prostory a vstup na terasu nad stávajícím dvorem.
Okna jsou dřevěná, střecha krytá titanzinkovým plechem.
The current RD is located in Kobeřice, a village in the district of Vyškov. Investor has planned a stage by stage alteration of the existing family house including an extension to provide for weekend accomodation. Currently, it is a one-floor family house with a free attic space. The suggested L- shaped extension visually completes the house form as well as separates the existing backyard from the garden. The extension is divided into two parts; a new residential one and a utility one. The latter has been achieved by an alteration of the existing stone cellar and a storeroom.
Conventional construction using a system of Porotherm ceramics bricks finished by larch boards cladding. The living part is located on the 1st floor including a kitchen and a garden terrace in front of the main room. In the elevated attic there are bedrooms, storage space and access to the terrace above the existing backyard.
The windows are wooden; the roof is finished by titanium-zinc sheets.
